Mrs. Cruz also proudly carries the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, which denotes adherence to a fiduciary standard that mandates prioritizing clients' interests above her own.
    Alongside her husband, Mrs. Cruz co-founded Comprehensive Management and Consulting, Inc. (CMAC), which provides administrative and consulting services to businesses and nonprofit associations. She integrated her extensive experience in finance and event planning with her husband's professional expertise.

    Elena Langdon is an interpreter trainer and a Portuguese-English community and conference interpreter, specializing in business, law, and medicine. She is a CCHI core-certified healthcare interpreter and an ATA-certified translator (Portuguese-English). Elena holds an M.A. in Translation Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She began teaching interpreting and translation in 2005. Since joining ATA in 2006, Elena has served as Administrator and Leadership Council Member, Portuguese Language Division (2007-2016). Currently, she is a writer for the ATA Public Relations Writers Group and Coordinator of the Professional Development Webinar Subcommittee (2018-present). Elena has served on the Boards of New England Translators Association (2015-2017) and the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (2009-2011). She began hosting and co-producing webinars for the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care in 2015.
