No need to watch the first two movies in the Mannequin series. Really not much of a need to watch this one... It is Supernatural, we already know a Mannequin is going to come alive and do some Reckoning. But it is a fun episode anyways.

Sam is still scratching. There is a spider monster making spider babies. Another fun episode.

Sam has his soul back and all the right with the world. You would think we could just watch them be happy for awhile. We do in this episode, for about 3 minutes. Then it is back to fighting and yelling and Sam scratching at his "Wall" that Dean told him not to.
