Join us as we delve into Sophie's diary entries from the tender age of 10 right up to her late 20's. Cringe, cry, laugh, reminisce and relate with us, as we bare all, talking about anything and EVERYTHING in no holds barred conversations, between each other and the listeners.

In the final series episode, Sophie and Jahannah are joined by the hilarious comic and actress Maddy Anholt. Things get a little more serious as we open the diary on a time 'a producer' used his position of power for sexual gain, which included filming Sophie in a noose hanging from the ceiling. It seems however, she is not alone as Maddie and Jahannah both lift the lid on some of their shocking experiences and others write in with their experiences.

1st girls holiday!! Actor, writer and creative Huw Samuel joins Jahannah and Sophie as Sophie reads about the time she thought her and her friends were being kidnapped on holiday. Huw tells us about the time he came face to face with an AK47 rifle in the jungle... as you do.

'A quick pat of the vagina' - w/ Samantha Baines
Talk about over sharing! In this episode, we're joined by the hilarious stand up comedian Samantha Baines. Barry (also known as Harold because we forgot his alias once) is back and we join teenage Sophie as she writes about her first 'experience' with Barry. Jahannah tells us the most embarrassing story of her first experience and we give 'advice' to those in need!
