Songs the other probably doesn't know but would probably like. Dad thought it was a theme, I thought it was just "what we do." In either case, and maybe because it had been so long, this episode was smooth, loaded with tunes that (mostly) landed, and had accidental through-lines (e.g., boogie woogie piano) that just made it easy and natural.
