Emotional Meditativ Podcast SamadhiFm

    • Musik

It has been known for a long time that music can have a beneficial effect not only to our mood, but also for many body processes: Respiration, blood circulation, synchronization of biorhythms and much more. Music is not only a combination of sounds, it’s combined of sound waves that have certain vibrations. These very vibrations affect us consciously & unconsciously. By listening to different melodies certain parts of a brain begin to work actively in connection with the effect of music and rhythm on the brain structures. As a result, vibration and rhythm have an impact on both the physical and emotional levels to fulfill the main goals of music therapy - emotional release and regulation of an emotional state. The most important thing is to immerse yourself in the music completely, because if you listen to it and still think, for example, about problems at work, you will not be able to get distracted and benefit in full. It is important to be attentive to yourself and notice what emotions and feelings will begin to evoke. And this is not only about health, or taking care of yourself: It is an excellent way of self-development and self-knowledge.Samādhi Tracklist 🎹:🧙🏼‍♂️OSHO1. Ólafur Arnalds - improvisations 2.
