We were invited this last summer to meet Sheila Bella at her PMU office in North Hollywood and talk shop. We have been friends for a while online, but we had never had to chance to hang out and really connect with her until now.

In this episode, we talk about the struggles of running a beauty business, training your competition, who not to hire when you are interviewing potential staff, and our favorite part of our conversation was when we talked about the power of believing in others and how that gift can change people's lives.
