Episode 39 is a doozie. We had to sit on it for a couple of weeks because our guest has a crazy schedule and Troy is on vacation for some of May. In this episode, we talk to Nick Burton about multifamily investing and larger assets. Nick Burton is Director of Acquisitions at Legacy Wealth Holdings. He works along side Tim Bratz to acquire and stabilize not just multifamily, but other larger assets. Many of you will be familiar with Tim, but Nick is the right hand of this operation. All together, LWH controls over 4,000 units. Tim and Nick have both recently relocated to Charleston and are quickly plugging in to the area.
