Very probably the best UK music podcast that only plays the cream of the underground alternative scene - as well as providing the listeners with banter, wrestling discussion and the occasional cheeky interview.
Based in Watford, Herts and boasting a Metal promoter, a Punk promoter and a young lady with huge boobs as hosts, Figure 4 Leg Rock is quite literally a weekly 2 hour long eargasm - and, let's be fair, who doesn't want one of those?
Metal, Punk, Hardcore, Rock, Indie, Thrash, Ska... If it's out there and it's awesome we'll play it.
