Game On Features Education and Art Advocate Sue Felner

Game On Features Education and Art Advocate Sue Felner

Sue Felner grew up in New York in a very cultural family; her sister was a concert cellist, her brother was a talented musician, and her mother was a musician and artist.

Although she was born with a significant hearing loss in both ears, her mother made sure she never viewed herself as disabled.  She played string instruments, wrote, and studied art, and enjoyed playing many sports.

Sue's passion and understanding for the disabled caused her to become a special needs teacher. She taught special needs students for 39 years in three different school districts. She also ran special needs programs in several schools and enjoyed providing support to families.

After retiring from the Broward County Schools, Sue's family inherited a large collection of paintings her mother painted. These paintings sat in a warehouse for 7 years until she recently connected up with Clare Vickery of Grace Arts FL and asked for her support in getting the art work out into the world for everyone to enjoy - a world that anything is possible. That hope is now coming to fruition as the art will be highlighted during the "Reinterpreting the Pioneer" Exhibit which opens in December in Fort Lauderdale.

It is the intention that part of the proceeds be used to create an after school program for autistic and regular education students to excel in the arts together.

Game On Features NY Comedian Chris Fraley AKA Blackman

Game On Features NY Comedian Chris Fraley AKA Blackman

Chris Fraley is an Actor/Comedian with KMA Productions. He is also the creator of the online reality series Blackman, which follows the shenanigans of Chris as a Black Superhero.

Chris Fraley took his first acting class in 1995 but says he's been acting (a fool) all his life. He has worked behind the scene with many actors. In 1998 after a two year hiatus from acting he was in the studio with Danny Glover who told him he needed to return to his calling, "because you only live once."

Knowing he had the ability to make people laugh he tried stand up comedy. His first gig was in Stamford, Connecticut where he was unceremoniously booed off the stage by a church group-yes (A Church Group). That's when he really knew he was funny!

Chris has since performed in many comedy clubs and has turned to comedic acting for more exposure on the Internet. One of his most rewarding comedic experiences was when he made Whoopi Goldberg belly laugh in the studio.

Chris also has an alter ego -Yolanda Jackson-which he sometimes welcomes into his act and yes "She Got Game." You can also check out Chris's acting chops in the near viral video Mel Kiper's Spring Picks and Follow the Adventures of Blackman on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and at www.chrisfraleypresents.com.
