S2 E01 is the first to have been recorded in-person, an embraced change of pace. Host/Comedy Director Pittroff sits down with Erik Verleger, Creative Director, and Alissa Liebert, Head of Production, to dispel some stigmas of working in-house at a global corporation. Hear how the duo unconventionally defines creativity and their tactics to find fulfillment amid operational hoops, round holes, and red tape.

As 2021 comes to a close, so does Season 1 of Idea Killers. Our last guest, a stranger before the start of our conversation but a fast friend thereafter, Jill Lyons EVP, Delivery at Hawkeye Agency joins us to discuss who’s responsible for a project’s, and in turn, the ad industry’s, success. It was a pleasure to consider her take on the critical role of collaboration to the future of advertising and to host all of our guests this year.
