In this first episode, Carin Bladh, Michael Tichelmann and Tünde Erdös, we take a global view at
what got Carin interested in the light and shadow side of coaching - what surprised Michael in terms of topics addressed in the documentary - what resonated with Carin on watching the documentary - how a few images in the documentary inspired her meaning making of how each one of us can create social impact - how she makes meaning of where the future of our field lies - what the nature and role of mastery is in coaching for all of us including Michael who has his own coach - why Carin and Michael urge coaches to watch the documentary as some indispensable learning material as well as a great way to fund the social impact initiative that the documentary is driving.

Today’s episode is the first installment of a series of conversations with coaches, leaders, educators who either donated to support this social impact through coaching initiative or made an interview contribution to the documentary, or sponsor the social impact initiative. The goal of this series is to give you an intimate peak behind the curtains: what is social impact through coaching for our guests and why does social impact.
If you wish to learn more about the documentary, you can watch it in its three parts here: www.coachingdocu.com The documentary has been accredited with 10 CCEUs by ICF.

About our guest Carin Bladh, ICF MCC Executive Coach:The single most important thing is my fascination with the brain´s capacity to unlearn, learn, and relearn. I enjoy learning and developing through professional coaching. I support leaders through advanced professional coaching by listening in 50 layers. My approach is based on science and modern research in presence. It is delicate, tailored to meet individuals’ needs. The goal is to have leaders get to know their unknown strengths and hidden capacities. They learn more how to communicate differently inside themselves and with others on a daily basis. My coaching style is deep, creative, playful.
I am based in Sweden. I am an author of three interactive coach books for coaches and leaders, all linked in a holistic way. I run a podcast “Viktigt på riktigt, by Carin Coach”, which translates as “What really matters”.
