This interview is six years in the making, To celebrate our 300th episode we have Andy Koettel of the legendary Captain Three Leg. C3L has been my favorite band from Iowa for nearly ten years. They are the longest running grindcore/punk/whatever band that has now been going for 28 years.

This episode got delayed in getting uploaded after the broadcast due to the wild couple of weeks I have had. I have unfortunately forgotten what the playlist is and I don't feel like scrubbing through the episode to figure it out. But hey it can be a surprise for all of us.

Night Listeners - I'd say spring has sprung. Brand new tunes from the just released Frontal Assault/Ill Omen split. A live recording from Maul of America's performance at the Bad Friday Noise Fest in March. Plus some classics from the late 80s and early 90s.

Night Listeners-It's April lets go! I pulled out some tracks from All Iowa Noise Insurgency cassette compilation. Also in a month we will be celebrating 300 episodes of this damn show.
