I am back with an episode of Music, Men & My Mental. After a short hiatus, I am excited to share a story of compassion, change and perspective. This might be the most vulnerable show in my life. A little girl named Gabby changed my life. My life went through a series of changes during Quarantine. I lost myself and thought I had no purpose.  One little encounter has sent me through a major shift. I am happy to talk about my life and hope that I can touch someone to keep pushing.
