The lineup included Blue Note Bourbon, Thomas Handy, Old Grand-Dad, Johnny Drum, Eagle Rare....well you get the gist...it was a lot.
And also...CHEF GETS MARRIED!
On the beer side, we managed to coalesce on the crispy well balanced Oktoberfest from Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. We take you on a verbal trip to Munich to partake in the actual Oktoberfest festival... where 18 million participants were yelling PROST!!! While marveling at the mystical beer carrying powers of the beer maidens, we delve into the Marzen style of beer, lager fermentation, and how the beer came to be known as Oktoberfest.
