With footage that is both shocking and scary, Frechie and Ricciutti set out to tell the story of the epidemic that has no vaccine. Now, during the COVID-19 pandemic and long after the shooting of their documentary, Frechie and Ricciutti say that those struggling with this addiction are more vulnerable than ever.
