Today's guest Kristina Jentzen is an interior designer (inredningsarkitekt in Swedish) for over 15 years. She is running her own interior design studio and has worked with offices, schools, restaurants and libraries.

Today's guest is Gerd Wallin! She is talking about how you can achieve successful meetings, by taking certain steps in the right direction. Gerd lives in Rönninge, south of Stockholm in Sweden. She started her company, Coaching och Konsult Gerd Wallin, in 2011. She helps her customers to get a job and to find copartners. She is coaching and teaching her clients how to market themselves, with social media and networking activities. She has also written a couple of books. The latest one was edited this spring.

We have a guest: Malin Lundskog, media- and communications scientist, that after a long sick leave due to burn out, refocused her career into health. And she is assured that if we communicate lovingly with ourselves, both by listening and talking, we would treat ourselves better, feel better and accept ourselves for who we are. This is the beginning of a healthy ripple effect!
