In today's episode I talk about being in a fat loss phase over the holidays and how to still make progress. These skills also translate to maintaining over the holidays and not coming out of the next few weeks with more regret and tighter pants. I am currently in a fat loss phase going into the holidays and while this may be a stressful situation for some, I am feeling relaxed and prepared. We don't have to go into the holidays preparing extra HIIT workouts and cardio to burn off the calories or leaving meals with feelings of regret. I'm giving you a full breakdown of how I'm going to make sure I don't lose any progress while still enjoying time (and food) with family and friends.
