Robert L. Smith is an Oscar and Grammy winning, Emmy nominated Producer/Engineer/Mixer based in New York City. After 25+ years of working with the biggest names in music, his resume reads like a who’s who of modern pop music.

His work includes producing, recording and mixing numerous Billboard top 100 charting songs including 'Teenage Dream' and 'Hey, Soul Sister' with The Warblers for hit television show Glee. Robert has worked on recording projects with Lady Gaga for the single 'Speechless' which topped the Billboard Hot Singles Sales Chart in 2010 as well as tracks by Aerosmith, David Bowie and U2.
Robert's Emmy Award nomination was earned for the documentary 'Full Battle Rattle' with composer Paul Brill, for which Robert was Producer, Sound Recordist and Sound Mixer.

Josquin des Pres is President and CEO of Track Star Entertainment. He is a renowned producer, composer, musician, manager, studio owner, prolific author and lifelong music impresario. 
Josquin des Pres grew up in France and relentlessly focused on becoming a professional musician and composer. Still in his teens, Josquin landed his first record deal signing first with United Artist Records and then RCA Records. After touring the world with some of the biggest acts in France and becoming one of the most sought-after session bass player in the region, Josquin moved to Southern California to take his career to the next level. Over the years Josquin has consistently maintained the respect of his peers through the music industry. His business successes and credits with some of the biggest names in the industry make him an invaluable asset to any entrepreneurial music venture. Josquin des Pres’ credits range from co-writing numerous songs with Elton John’s legendary lyricist Bernie Taupin, to composing for over 40 Television shows as well as producing and playing bass on over 100 CD’s for numerous major and independent record labels.

Grammy and Pensado award winning mastering engineer Brad Blackwood started his recording career in high school, working with several of his friends’ rock n’ roll bands. Even as he attended college he was drawn to music, selling hifi equipment at local shops. The more he learned about the reproduction of music, the more his desire to work in the recording industry grew. He moved to Memphis and began honing his skills as an engineer at Ardent Studios. After spending several years learning the ins and outs of recording and mixing, Brad turned his focus on resurrecting Ardent Mastering, a division which had closed years before. His success was immediate as he learned user and cultivated working relationships with producing and engineering greats such as John Hampton, John Fry, Jim Dickinson, Skidd Mills, and Jim Gaines. “It was a great learning experience, being thrown into sessions with such amazing producers and engineers. These guys had worked with everyone in the book so I had to get it right the first time.”
In 2003, Brad decided it was time to expand the service he offered his clients and the result is Euphonic Masters. His client base followed, allowing him to continue to work with a wide variety of artists including Maroon 5, Lamb of God, Korn, Alison Krauss Union Station, the Black Eyed Peas, Sara Bareilles, Sick Puppies, Thursday, Saving Abel, the North Mississippi Allstars, Sister Hazel, and many more.

Scott Robertson, CEO of RobertsonComm, has more than 25 years public relations and marketing communications experience with a wide range of consumer and business-to-business organizations including: the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM), Hewlett Packard, Global Village Communications, Nextel Communications, Warner Music Group, The DVD+RW Alliance (including HP, Dell, Philips, Sony, Ricoh, Mitsubishi Chemical and Yamaha) and Cox Communications. Scott is a subject matter expert on branding, communications, public relations, social media and digital marketing and currently represents leading music, technology and b2b professional service brands from around the world.

Kevin Becka has been a musician and recording engineer for over 30 years. He has engineered and been on the production teams for the top names in secular and Christian music including George Benson, Kenny G., Quincy Jones, Michael Bolton, Matt Maher, Gretchen Harris, Danielle Rose, Paul Melle, Tom Booth, George Lynch, and more.
 
Kevin has taught audio recording at the High School and post-secondary levels including teaching surround recording at the Danish Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen, Denmark; advanced recording at Belmont University; and served as a Director of Education, instructor and lecturer for over 10 years.
 
Kevin is also a seasoned journalist serving as editor of both Audio Media and Pro Audio Review magazines, and has been technical editor of Mix Magazine since 2003 where he writes the TechTalk column, product reviews and features. In his work with Mix, Kevin has written, produced and hosted webcasts for Royer Labs, Millennia Media, Avid, Focusrite, Lynx Studio, Universal Audio, Mackie, Shure and Stanford Research.
 
Kevin is a voting member of The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), a board member of The Society of Professional Recording Services (SPARS) and a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES).
