Juan seeks to help other leaders develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently. Juan consults and coaches individuals and teams on leadership, transformation and organisational health. Juan was invited to a reception at Buckingham Palace with the  HRH the Duchess of Sussex Sofía for his charitable work.
