The Four Reflections That Turn the Mind Toward the Dharma The Four Reflections That Turn the Mind Toward the Dharma

    • Buddhismus

A dharma talk given by Lisa Dale Miller, MFT, at the Marin Sangha on October 24, 2010 on the four reflections that turn the mind toward the Dharma.

The Four Reflections are:

The precious freedoms and riches are rare and easily lost.

The world and beings are impermanent; soon I too will die.

The results of my good and bad deeds I will reap without fail.

Since there is no contentment to be found at all in Samsara,

I must practice the perfect dharma just as it is taught.
