Luke #5: How Did Zechariah and Elizabeth Become Righteous In God's Sight? (Luke 1:6) | Brad Robertson
Notes available at: https://www.gracereach.org/luke - LIKE and SUBSCRIBE. - Luke 1:6 says that Zechariah and Elizabeth were righteous in God's sight, observing the law blamelessly. Does this mean that God saw them as righteous because they obeyed the law of Moses? In this teaching, Brad explains from the Scriptures that no one is righteous through observing the law, including Zechariah and Elizabeth. The reason they observed the law was because they were unrighteous, and it was through belief that they were declared righteous by God.

Brad also explains the difference in Jesus' teachings under the law about forgiveness and his teachings about forgiveness after he shed his blood on the cross. Luke #1: Paul's Influence of Grace on Luke | Brad Robertson
In the Book of Luke, Luke used the word grace more than Matthew, Mark, and John combined. Even when Luke doesn't use the word grace, we see the thread of grace weaved through his book. Why does Luke highlight grace so much in his book? Could it be that Luke was highly influenced by Paul? But how did Paul influence Luke with grace?
