The Pink Glass & The Toxic Relationship Jenista's Podcast

    • Mentale Gesundheit

Isn't it sad how we're often indulged in toxic relationships by wearing a pink colored glasses that makes the ugliest things in the relationship look so appealing.

It starts getting scary when you voice out your feelings, thoughts and opinions. Even if it's something you need, you can't ask for it. Rather put on these pink glasses and believe that that's how it's meant to be.

When we know that we're only one step away from freedom, only one step away from having all the happiness and power that we want for ourselves, we chose not to take that step.

Breaking the pink colored glasses and walking away is that only step we stand away from, but deep inside you know that if you take that step, you'll be free from the toxicity.

But why not take it?

Often times we dont value ourselves as much as we value the love we have for the person we love.

The simple question you can ask to yourself is :

Do they value you as much as you value them?

If the answer is no,
You take that step under any kind of manipulation and abuse, when you finally take that painful step. It gets silent. It gets clear. The foggy cloud has passed, no more stormy skies, no more fear of thunder.

The silence after the storm.

It sure gets a little lonely, but You'll be filled with peace. Eventually when you stop running behind what you had walked away from, you'll finally heal and find yourself.

If you're listening to this podcast right now and if this resonates with you,
You know what to do.
