Sehr motivierender und sympathischer Podcast. Hoch professionell aufgezogen(mit viele interessanten Them, die wirklich gut recherchiert sind) & äußerst informativ. Ich find‘s auch super, dass immer wieder Experten aus dem „Fitness & Nutrition“ - Welt eingeladen sind.
Ich würde jedem diesen Podcast empfehlen. Egal ob vegan, nicht vegan oder einfach Leute die sich dafür interessieren. Man kann immer was neues lernen & sein Horizont erweitern. :)
