And although I've never done cold calling before, I did change my process so that I get to speak for 30 minutes with every qualified lead that lands in my inbox.
Now, discovery calls (so much better sounding than sales calls, right?) are one of my favourite parts of the process because it's the first step to establishing a meaningful, deep connection with your clients.
