Today we are talking about cultivating confidence— because here’s the thing: lots of the advice out there is like “just be confident!” and you’re left there asking “okay I’m trying but nothing is happening, how do I do that?”.
This is kind of a fun one because I recorded it a while back when I wasn’t fully stepping into confidence coaching yet. A little while after this, I realized how fired up I was about confidence and couldn’t care less about creating meal plans and telling people what to eat. The part I really cared about was the WHY. Why women struggle with food and body image issues. It all comes down to self-worth, which is the basis for confidence.
Anyway, I collaborated with today’s guest Rebecca Haydon again after this episode was recorded, as a confidence coach myself this time, and we just had a blast talking about confidence because we are on the same page, but we approach it from different angles.
