In this episode we chat about how to help someone you love when they're first diagnosed with cancer.

When we love and care about someone, we really want to do our best to show them we care and that they matter.

But how to do that is something that I think most of us really struggle with, so today I'm going to share with you some of the things that people have said to me over the years, that have helped them, some of the things that they've struggled with, and some of the things they thought, oh - that was just wonderful, it was gold, just when I needed it.
