Mel Interviews Christoffel Sneijders
Welcome to the 71st Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Christoffel Sneijders from The Netherlands.
Christoffel is a Master Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), with a passion to bring out the best in you. With this in mind, he introduced the 3 Brains - Head, Heart, and Gut - Theory in 2018 after many years of research on how to assist clients the best who stayed stuck in limiting beliefs and trauma-like experiences.
He teaches these concepts in the ICF CCEU-approved 3 Brains Coaching Certification Training and is visiting professor at the IE Business School, besides working as an Executive Coach and Supervisor.
He is the author of “How Men & Women Fit, Finally Understand Your Partner with The 3 Brains Theory” and Relationships? Which Brain is Talking?” Two books that bring a clearer understanding of how our three brains operate in relationships at home and at work.
As collateral beauty the 3 brains concept: it has the potential to change the world for the better, and work on gender equality - no more famine or masculinity traits but simple heart or gut brain traits as they are much easier to accept for the other gender - having more 3 brains let companies with as result, no more toxic workplaces, more wellness, and sustainable achievements and success.
His passion, authenticity, empathy, and versatile knowledge in Hypnosis, NLP, Coaching, psychotherapy burnout, PTSD, anxiety, and trauma grief are vital to helping his global clients create the life and outcomes they long for.
Besides his passion and enthusiasm to inspire other coaches and leaders so that they can do even more amazing work, more important is that we as coaches and leaders have the potential in our possession to make a huge positive difference in this world!

Karen has written many coaching articles and was the winner of the Best Article of the Year Award in Coaching at Work magazine in 2016 as co-author.
Karen’s creative and original thinking led her to develop online resources for coaches and facilitators at memyresources.com These comprise the me:my™team diagnostic, and the me:my™team method for working with teams to accelerate performance. Her other original me:my™resources support professional coach development and enable feedback from clients on a coach’s impact, professional competencies, and relationship quality.
In 2022 Karen found herself ‘cancering’, experiencing treatment for Stage 3 Breast Cancer throughout that year. This resulted in her engaging with her professional life, with renewed vigour, enthusiasm, and inspiration.
