I also discuss sleeping, the word blu blockers - is basically meant to keep kind of the light from screens out of your eyeballs. It is like protection from lights that you can have when you’re using your phone or computer.
Trivia: Do you know what is the most exciting thing that you can do on your phones and laptops? - It is that even when you take a photo at night (let’s say it’s 8 pm) just turn on the night mode on your phone and the photo will be clear even if it's dark.
