And I believe Growth Numbers are the most underrated part of the Enneagram—especially as a leader. In fact, I use Growth Numbers more often than I use the actual Enneagram type. Because it’s in growth that we can achieve the radical changes that we want.
Growth is hard.
I don’t care how well you see the big picture, growth is tough. There are lots of twists and turns. That’s because there’s a whole bunch of shit you have to trudge through before you can come out on the other side and GROW. Which is why many of us avoid growth altogether. But the more you grow, the more you can embody the other 8 Enneagram types.
