And I work to recognize it in others and in myself. Here’s one thing I’ve learned: Having a harmonious balance between the masculine and feminine energy is oh-so important.
With the Enneagram, sometimes our basic type tools don’t work.
And that’s why we have beautiful things like the Wings, Subtypes, Growth Numbers, Stress Numbers, and more. The same is true for masculine and feminine energy.
Here’s what the Enneagram has to do with energy.
The Enneagram has really been a tool for me to navigate the harmony between my masculine and feminine. From age six on, I lived in my masculine energy—it protected me. But it ended up doing more harm than good because it wasn’t coming from a good place (fear, stress, etc.).
