If you coach in our gym, the expectations are high. Pauly and I discuss some of the specific things we do at Jungle Botany to produce and foster world class coaches. It wasn’t always this way in – our original Coaches Internship was born out of a need to create JB-worthy coaches, at a time when we were majorly short staffed. Over the years we’ve evolved how we go about finding the right people, arming them the necessary skills, and fostering their continued growth.
