As part of this episode, I created a resource to help change the culture in schools and create a positive environment for your daughters transition to school with her period.  It is is the form of a letter, but can be used as a template for any form of communication with your school or teacher.  Download my letter template to schools to ensure your daughter has the most positive, inclusive and supportive environment for her when she is away from home. Together we can create a more supportive culture at schools when it comes to periods.
