This is the first in the series of mini-episodes called A Little Time Off, created bi-weekly to help you actually practice self-care and address burnout. In each edition of A Little Time Off, Maeve will lead you through either a guided meditation or thought and journal prompts. This week, we kick it off with a brief, accessible intro to meditation. We'll talk about Thich Nhat Hanh, founder of the Plum Village Buddhist Tradition. Then Maeve will lead you through a 6 minute guided meditation to serve as an entryway into the practice.
