2022 the year I finally had a good hard look at my physical and mental health, made a few changes, implemented some support and tools … and overall ended up with a complete proper legit ADHD diagnosis

Adhd, thanks to things like TikTok and Instagram, has almost become the buzzword for 2022. I mean, I know this first hand. I posted one reel about how executive functioning messed with my day, and low and behold. It got over 500k views. The comments ranged from super supportive and thanking me for shining light on something so relatable to calling me “a fake”, “someone using mental health for attention”, “another person looking for an excuse to be lazy”, etc. etc .. it got so bad I turned the comments off.

Today I want to share a little bit about my add diagnosis journey. I share the doctors I use and the referral and diagnosis process.

Shall we dive in …
