More Listener Feedback During Covid-19
Ashley: I have been listening to these podcasts during COVID-19. I suffer PTSD. I am bi-polar with adhd and anxiety. The categories of each podcast have been wonderful, as I have the flexibility to scroll though and select the correct one according to my emotion e.g. the feelings of anxiety going to the hospital for a doctor appointment and being covered head to toe and following protocol, but still being concerned of my exposure and going home to my 2 year old. The anniversary of my rape and being able to meditate the release of negative feelings. Chronic migraines and being able to use your meditation for immunity with carnelian stone. I have incorporated my own art therapy after each meditation and it has allowed me to navigate through the loss of my cat of 12 years during this time too. Life still happens even in lockdown and your podcasts have, in a way, survived me. I never believed I could reach a meditative state, but with you and your techniques, your music, your voice - I wish I could continue the whole day. It gives me something to look forward to and those 15 to 22 minutes each day keep me grounded. I thank you. I honor you. I'm so grateful we crossed paths.
