#35 - When All Else Fails The Hope Initiative

    • Personal Journals

"Why are we going through this? We are way too young to go through this.
You're not supposed to be part of the young widows club or anything like that, this is not supposed to happen. You take care of yourself and you just expect that everything's going to be fine. And then a lot of trauma surrounding what could have been... That was really tough. It was really hard to get through."

Episode #35 with Jennifer Myers-Chua

Jennifer is a Canadian mother and owner/operator of Hip Mommies - a Canadian distribution company that focuses on baby, toddler, and pet products for happy and healthy families.
I met her through Seth Godins Podcasting Fellowship which is where I learnt how to do all of this back in 2018.
Jennifer was apart of the cohort and had a big impact on the Hope Initiative and what it is today. It's true that I likely wouldn't be here without her generous contributions in those early months.
Unfortunately, Jennifers podcast failed to reach the airwaves, and whilst she's not deterred, her story is one that I truly appreciate and will listen back to for many years to come.

Thanks again to Jennifer. I hope you enjoy!
