Jmp73 ,

Hooray for promoting women over 40!

Thank you for making a podcast talking about and for women over 40. Great to have something in this field.
Can I please ask though - one of your hosts made a recent throw away comment about drinking lots of water and needing to go to the toilet all the time. Please consider having a pelvic health physio on your podcast to talk about this and other pelvic health issues for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s. This is common - but not normal. Thanks.

Bin-D ,

Thank you!!

Thank you for the real, vulnerable chats. Thank you for SEEING us (as weird as that sounds when it’s a podcast). Thank you for being a voice for us!! Would love to hear more - keep the conversations going!!
