Dr Tim Sharp (aka Dr Happy) has three degrees in psychology, including a PhD. He is an Adjunct Professor in Positive Psychology within the School of Management, Faculty of Business at the University of Technology Sydney as well as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Health Sciences, RMIT. He is the founder & CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of The Happiness Institute, Australia’s first organisation devoted solely to enhancing happiness in individuals, families and organisations. He is also a writer and podcaster with book titles including "The Happiness Handbook”, “100 Ways to Happiness: a guide for busy people” and “100 Ways to Happy Children: a guide for busy parents”. He has consulted for Twitter, Ernst & Young, Telstra, Westpac and many more.
