After 33 years in the British Army, serving with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, Brigadier Allfrey turned his attention to take up the reins of chief executive and producer of The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Now in his eighth year at the helm, Brigadier Allfrey is delighted to bring this unique and exhilarating live experience to Sydney for an event that he says will be bigger than ever before.
The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo features over 1,400 performers from around the globe in an unrivalled display before a full-size replica of Edinburgh Castle. Direct from its annual sell-out season on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle, Scotland where it continues to boast sell-out performances to more than 220,000 people each summer, the Edinburgh Tattoo will be ready to delight Australian audiences with a limited season of only four shows, exclusively at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium.
