After experiencing emotional and physical trauma as a child, teen, and even adult, ShaDarian leaned into her own superpower, and that was to make the choice to heal. Now she assists those wanting to regulate their bodies through mindful expressions like embodied living, language, love, and self-study. She uses modalities like breathwork, photography, trauma-based chakra meditation, art, somatics, journaling prompts, yoga, sound healing, and intuitive lifestyle coaching to help people ultimately realize that they are the true creators and healers of their lives.
