Jeffrey is an expert in international education, university marketing, admissions and student recruitment, customer service and the student lifecycle, online education, and student success and retention strategies.
He worked for 25 years in three universities in Melbourne, Australia: the University of Melbourne (1989-1999), Monash University (1999-2005), and Swinburne University of Technology (2005-2016).
Dr Angela Lehmann
Angela has had a rich and varied career in research, policy and analysis in Australia, China and the UK.
Angela has been a lecturer in Sociology at the ANU, and an Assistant Professor at Xiamen University China, and holds adjunct and honorary appointments at each.
She is a China expert, and worked as international policy analyst at Universities Australia in 2017 and 2018. She has worked as a researcher at Matrix Evidence in London, developing policy analysis for the British government. And she has been Leader, Major Research Projects at the Regional Australia Institute.
Angela has expertise in migration and higher education and has published several books and articles, and has a PhD in sociology from ANU.
