    Astronomers Capture a Newborn Planet

    An international research team has discovered the swirling gas of a newborn planet. Using the European Southern Observatory researchers made the discovery late last year and early this year.

    The astronomers from France, Taiwan, Belguim and the United States say this is the deepest observations of the AB Aurigae system made to date.
