    We sat down with Amogh George today to discuss the main issues that are facing ethnic minority students in Cardiff and what actions he will take to ensure they don't continue popping up. Some of these issues included the silence of the SU in the face of police brutality in Cardiff and elsewhere that sparked the BLM movement and frequent racism that ACS students encounter in their daily lives.

    Engineering for the future of the Black Community

    In this episode we brought on David Waboso. An experienced civil engineer who has participated in many major projects around the world including countries like Nigeria and has also worked on projects such as renovations of the London Underground Railway. He is also a winner of the Black British Business Awards 2014 'leader of the year' award in the Manufacturing and Infrastructure section of the event. Together, we addressed issues such as employment, education and connection with the motherland as they relate to the Black Community here in the UK.  We hope you enjoy!

We talked extensively about the meaning of Black History Month, its origins and the considerable amount of effort that has been put into trying to suppress the Black narrative in History.
