Back in November, I teased that I was starting a new position at my center. On December 1, I announced I was a part-time salary BCBA. I originally intended this podcast to be released that day but due to a number of issues, it kept getting pushed back.

Peer Reviews are one of the most stressful things I have gone through as a BCBA. They make me super anxious but I have figured out some tips that help.
