I love this podcast

A great listen - it seems the host, Jordan, doesn’t come from a background of sports journalism (I don’t know this for sure) - and I love her enthusiasm to learn things about sports and athletes, it feels inclusive for someone like me that doesn’t know much about golf.

The interviews are well done and offer an insight into the world of people as brands, as well as interesting commentary on race in America, racism and race obsession.

I’m not American so my suggestions for season two are probably entry level, but here they are:

The most obvious choice would be Lance Armstrong, someone that I think is less endearing than Tiger.

Adrian Peterson who was charged with injuring his son.

Ben Wilson, a high school basketball prodigy whose life was cut tragically short.

Brett Favre, one of the first celebrities to fall victim to a ‘sexting’ scandal.

Hit and miss

Season 1 (Tiger Woods) was interesting and professionally presented. Season 2 (Venus and Serena Williams) was neither. It lacked a coherent storyline, the host is very preachy, and it was overall disappointing. I will not be sticking around for season 3.
