Andrea Stringer: Why professional learning must be personalised and how to bridge the gap between practice and educational research..

The Art of Teaching

Today’s episode of The Art of Teaching Podcast is with another amazing educators; Andrea Stringer. She was introduced to me by Professor Pasi Sahlberg after a keynote that he gave at the Sydney Opera House. I am so thankful for that introduction.

Andrea’s work experience has incorporated coaching leaders and educators, designing and supporting educators’ professional learning. She is a Doctoral student at the University of New South Wales & Gonski Institute and her research area is on the professional growth of early career teachers and the impact of coaching.
