Nice positive vibe...good to listen to at work.

I've never listened to something like this before but I've found that it is quite good. Helps you to focus on how important it is to relax and think about your health and mental state. Good to listen to while at work because each podcast only goes for about 5 mins. Could have done without the one or two profanities however as they tend to kill the vibe. "Loosen your grip" has 3mins of silence...is that for a reason? Otherwise provides a very positive and realistic view on life.

Fantastic content, I love how Shann and Ananga explain the hows and whys behind anxiety, taking the mystery and fear away. Both presents also have beautiful voices, it’s a pleasure to listen to them,
