    • Self-Improvement

Natasha is a mother, a Nature Practice teacher and a documentary film-maker. Natasha and I explore how to find deeper soul nourishment from everyday nature. How can we align our wellbeing with the wellbeing of the earth. Natasha used to run nature retreats for organisations like the UN, one world Ayurveda, Google and Airbnb. She now facilitates a global community of people through her Nature Practice program.

We cover: What Nature practice is and how we can attune to nature

awakening the senses through spending time in nature - this connects us to our intuition as are our senses are our primary bridge to the present moment
Natasha’s life story - sailing, film school, storytelling, her introduction to indigenous wisdom, a tragic accident that altered the course of her life
