I just wanted to say I absolutely love listening to your podcast. Episode 291 was raw, honest and from the heart and this is why I will continue to listen to you. Great podcast

This is an excellent podcast for anyone interested in health, fitness and nutrition as well as those with an interest in the psychology behind food and weight related issues.He covers a great deal of information and is a good balance between the really 'Do you even lift bro' testosterone fueled jokey style podcasts, and the really esoteric ones by brainiacs. I began listening to these episodes purely for the info about nutrition and training, as I am a pt, and really liked the no nonsense approach he has( we are not unique snowflakes! ) while at the same time being very empathetic. In the last year I have had a baby and for the first time in my life struggled with my weight and found it difficult and humbling getting back in the gym, I found these podcasts on mindset and ' being reflective' very helpful, and I resonated with the idea of my identity being bound up in the aesthetics of my body and with fitness. Thanks to this, I took my time and saw my body for what it had accomplished( the great wod of giving birth and breastfeeding my baby). Now I am back to where I was pre pregnancy but am grateful for this period of time where I focused on viewing my body from a different perspective and looking a bit deeper than focusing on improving my squats or getting a faster row time! Thanks for the great podcast and keep them coming xx

Absolute Favourite!

I stumbled across Ben's podcast a few years ago and I regret only getting around to writing a review now, but here goes. If you're looking for inspiring and incredibly interesting content in the nutrition/fitness/health/mindset space, look no further. This podcast has changed my life - Ben's information every week was one of the main driving factors in me realising I was in the wrong career/industry and that I should do something about it. I now work in the fitness industry and I love it! Awesome guests, awesome co-hosts, fantastic and varied information. Get on it!
