Only podcast I need

I was lucky enough to stumble upon Beth Clares Instagram page through an Instagram story tag . I love what she is about and how inspiring she is so much so that I decided to sign up to the glute academy online training , I love it so much and her podcasts are the only ones I have the patience to sit and listen to . Her advice is amazing and she is a wealth of knowledge
