#35 Energy | Prioritising the things in life that fuel your energy
In this episode I discuss the importance of reflecting on your energy! When it comes to work, social life, the people we surround ourselves with, the things we do within our day, are these things fueling your energy positively, or draining your energy? I think its super important to be aware of how your energy can shift when doing certain things within your life, and then prioritising the things which fuel your energy in a positive way and make you feel good!! I love this topic, Beth xx

In this episode I discuss why motivation is not required to achieve any goals that you have! I discuss the importance of setting realistic goals that are truely important to you, why having a strong reason why is super important, and of course why improving your habits and behaviours will override the need to always feel motivated! Hope this improved your perspective on motivation :) Beth x

My favourite Episode
Wow Tara Gripton what an amazing athlete and the sweetest lady. Such an inspiration! Thank you for another wonderful podcast. Keep up your hard work producing such high quality content I’m throughly enjoying listening.
For anyone interested in nutrition or the fitness world in general, this podcast is for you. Not only is it so informative and easy to understand but I’ve actually applied things I’ve learnt to my life, such as consistently tracking my food (which I’ve never been able to stick to for as long as I’ve tried). Episode two really inspired me and had me hooked from there on out. I’ve listened to this podcast daily on my walks, which has been getting me through this iso period. I’m sadly now up to date and can’t wait to see what other episodes Beth brings out. Love your work, can’t recommend this podcast highly enough.
